Warranty Policy

What happens if something is faulty. No separate commercial warranty is offered, and your statutory rights always apply.

Your statutory rights apply to every product

We do not currently offer a separate commercial warranty or guarantee. If an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 protects you.

First 30 days

Reject faulty goods for a full refund.

After 30 days

Repair or replacement, then a price reduction or refund if that fails.

Easy to raise

Send your order number, a description and photos.

No separate commercial warranty

Velocity4Health does not offer an extended or manufacturer-style warranty on the products we sell. Your rights come from UK consumer law, summarised below.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015

Goods you buy from us must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

  • Within 30 days of delivery: you can reject faulty goods and get a full refund.
  • After 30 days: you are entitled to a repair or replacement. If that is not possible, or the repair or replacement does not solve the problem, you can ask for a price reduction or reject the goods for a refund.
  • Within 6 months of delivery: a fault is presumed to have been present at delivery unless we can show otherwise.
  • After 6 months: you may still have rights, but you may need to show that the fault was present at delivery. In England, Wales and Northern Ireland you can bring a claim for up to 6 years from delivery, and in Scotland up to 5 years.

What is not a fault

  • Normal wear and tear, and natural ageing such as the patina that brass and copper develop over time.
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or not following the care instructions on the product page, for example putting wooden items in the dishwasher.
  • Natural variations in grain, colour, veining, bubbles or tone in wood, marble and handblown glass, as described on our product pages.

How to raise a claim

Contact us with your order number, a description of the problem and photos. We will reply with the next steps and cover the reasonable cost of returning a faulty item.
