Payment Policy
Pay in cash when your order arrives. Nothing is charged online and there is no Cash on Delivery fee.
No payment is taken online and no card details are collected at checkout. You pay the order total when your order is delivered.

Payment is due when your parcel is handed over.

Accepted payment method
Velocity4Health accepts Cash on Delivery only. We do not take card, wallet or bank payments through the website, and the checkout does not ask for any payment card details.
How Cash on Delivery works
- Add items to your basket and go to checkout.
- Check your order summary. It shows the item prices, free delivery and the total amount you will pay on delivery.
- Place your order. You will receive an order confirmation by email. Your order is recorded as awaiting payment on delivery, not as paid.
- When your parcel arrives, pay the order total to the delivery driver.
No hidden charges
There is no Cash on Delivery fee and delivery to UK addresses is free. The total shown at checkout is the amount due on delivery. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).
Being ready to pay
Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel and pay. If possible, have the exact amount ready, as the driver may not be able to give change. If you would like to arrange another way of paying on delivery, contact us before your order is dispatched and we will tell you what the delivery service can accept.
Unpaid or refused deliveries
If payment cannot be collected, the parcel may be taken back to the depot or returned to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery or cancel the order. You do not have to pay anything for an order you cancel before accepting delivery.
Order checks
We may contact you by phone or email to confirm your details before dispatching an order, for example if the address appears incomplete. If we cannot confirm an order, we may cancel it and will let you know.
Refunds
As orders are paid in cash, refunds are paid by bank transfer to a UK bank account in your name. See our Return and Refund Policy.
Prices
The price that applies is the price shown when you place your order. If we discover an obvious pricing error before dispatch, we will contact you and you can choose whether to continue at the correct price or cancel.
