Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout. This shows the current status and updates on your order. If the delivery service provides a tracking reference, we also email it to you after dispatch.
Received
You get an order confirmation email.
Preparing
Usually 1 to 3 business days.
Dispatched
Usually 3 to 7 business days in transit.
Delivered
Pay the order total in cash on delivery.

Order status and carrier tracking
The status shown here is our record of your order, for example awaiting payment on delivery or completed. It is not live carrier tracking. Live tracking, where available, is provided by the delivery service using the reference we email to you.
